The lot’s sale mode: Pure Sale (no threshold), Minimum Bid, or On Approval (subject to seller approval).
Pure Sale — the lot goes to the highest offer, with no reserve price. Minimum Bid — bidding starts from a set threshold. On Approval / On Minimum Bid — an offer below the reserve requires the seller’s consent.
The sale status determines how aggressively it’s worth bidding and whether the car will definitely sell.
