A Rebuilt (Reconstructed) Title is given to a vehicle that had a Salvage title, was repaired and passed an inspection allowing it back on the road in a given US state.
From the perspective of importing to Poland, what matters most is the car’s actual condition and a complete set of documents — a Rebuilt title confirms that the repair has already been done and verified.
