Primary Damage
The main, most serious damage to the vehicle recorded by the auction.
Primary Damage is the car’s dominant damage — e.g. Front End, Rear End or Side. It’s the first thing we assess when estimating repair cost.
Alongside it, the auction often lists Secondary Damage — an additional, minor damage.
