Shipping a car in a sea container — safer, and often shared (2–4 cars).
In container transport the car travels enclosed in a container (usually 40 feet, 2–4 vehicles), which protects it from the weather and third parties. It’s a popular choice for more valuable cars.
The alternative is RoRo — a cheaper but less sheltered way to ship.
