An inspection at a regional vehicle inspection station (OSKP) — a condition for registering an imported car.

Before registration, an imported car must pass a technical inspection at a regional vehicle inspection station (OSKP). Its technical condition and compliance with requirements are checked — including lighting adapted to right-hand traffic.
